| We get you off to a good start by acquiring the proper permits to complete your project including contacting "Dig Safe" as required by law, obtaining the necessary building permits from your city/town and scheduling the inspections as construction progresses. |

| We provide you with detailed specifications in all of our contracts, including a complete list of financial terms in language understandable by all, and we schedule periodic "walk-throughs" to ensure client satisfaction as the project progresses. |

| All of our work sites are properly protected to ensure your safety and the safety of the pubilic at all times during construction and we keep the work site as tidy and organized as possible at all times. Most importantly, we use the "Design-Build" approach to all of our work. |

| This approach provides the client with a single point of contact to turn the project design concept into reality. Our "Design-Build" goal is to drive out costly rework and reduce costs every step of the way. This is accomplished by putting the client closer to the skilled craftsmen who actually perform the work. |

| We use the Chief Architect Professional Builder Module to provide our craftsmen with "best practice" construction details to build quality into to project as it is constructed. |

| The way we make all of this happen is to have an initial free consultation with the client to scope out the project. Afterward, we huddle back at the office and import the project to our computer-based Chief Architect Professional Designer Module to generate the graphics and written reports to be used as a basis of discussion for our second client meeting. |

| At our second meeting with the client, we can make changes to the project at the client`s direction in real-time to finalize every element of the project. We subsequently use this information to determine what materials and resources we will need to actually construct your project and provide you with a contract reflecting exactly what you expect. |
